Why aren't you studying linear algebra right now?

...

because my next exam is from operating systems

Bump

> Don't you want a $100k+ tech job?

Will you pass it user?

cause I'm a brainlet

Explain page tables

yeah no problem, but I dived too deep and started writing my own and it eats all my time

I am. Taking a 3rd year course in Applied Linear Algebra right now.

this is what people are told before going to tech
later find out you earn as much as people who don't even got a degree, work longer hours and got no life

The degree doesn't do the work for you.
It just gives you the tools to excel over people who are not educated.
If you can not excel over those with less knowledge than you, then you fall within the median line; ie....... brainlet normie.

Because it's irrelevant and matters not.

I hate it

its better than doing unskilled work. I'm not going back to MACDONALDS!

I’m taking intro to linear algebra now. It’s pretty cool.

It's literally the only maths you CS nigger absolutely require.

Because I already graduated and never needed it again.

What’s the short layman version of what is linear algebra?

vectors and matrices

your point is?

It's not irrelevant.

To (You).
To me, see and in the grand scheme of things, who gives a shit.

Then post why you don't need it instead of just saying "it's irrelevant".

>Then post why you don't need it instead of just saying "it's irrelevant".
Because it's irrelevant to the majority of people.
If you wanted to make a thread for plebs that fell for CS you should use a better title.

Abstract algebra is better, linearlets.

What a brainlet.

Nah discrete math is more important. Linear algebra is second important, followed by probability/stats.

>Tfw you'll never be an MIT math professor

i'm literally studying it on khan academy
