I'm trying to install osX on my Thinkpad x220 using olarila and im up to this part.
>copy the entire EFI folder from the Utility and Kext Pack to the EFI partition of Macintosh HD, replacing the existing folder if present (just as you did in step 13 for the installation USB).
The EFI partition is hidden, you need a tool like Clover Configuration to show it.

I can see the EFI partition on the HDD, but not the EFI folder that it says should be on the USB boot drive.

Your not even doing it right, what the fuck? I literally just installed high sierra perfectly on my x220. Follow the fucking guide that pops up on google when you search anything related to x220 mac. I also installed win10 duel boot. Took like 2 hours to install mac os and win10
install clover for the hard drive you are installing the os on

What do you need osx on a x220 for? Try Elemantary OS instead. Will work way better on a thinkpad then struggling to install osx on a none apple product.
