Can mpv play full Blu-rays? If so, how? I've got a folder that contains 2 folders, "BDMV" and "CERTIFICATE".

Assuming you don't mean MadVr, out of the box MPC-HC is technically faster as it uses hwdec by default I believe mpv is faster when talking strictly sw rendering however
