Install Windows updates weekly. Zero issues. Also never pirate software and stuff.

This is my experience with windows 10. 3 days to install an update, which completely filled the HD with backups and temp files rendering it almost useless until they were removed. P. shoddy really.
I can't say I'm impressed.

I asked myself this question during the Windows 8 days. Some people get various issues like disks randomly spinning up, the universal windows platform being completely broken or things of that nature. My install on my laptop has an issue where none of the UWP apps launch correctly the first time, so I have to launch it again.

1709 has a bug where if you install it fresh, the State Repository Service hangs for 30 seconds every time you click an external link. After it stops hanging, your browser opens. I forget the fix, but I think it involves using WSReset.

I have enterprise edition so it doesn't force me to update, but it keeps nagging me - and when I give in and do update... it crashes at 30% or something, I have to restore etc.

Never had this issue with Windows 10 updates. Does this game you're playing not have an option to bypass Windows mouse controls anyway? Any decent game that relies on mouse accuracy will include a "direct input" or similar mode.
