Is Clover OS good for beginners? Does it have a good graphical interface? Good hardware support?

Just use Debian or something Debian-based like Ubuntu LTS or Linux Mint, dummy. Don't waste time on a distro no one has ever heard of.

It's literally a Sup Forums meme. If you want the worst of linux go ahead.

If you're a beginner try an ubuntu or debian or manjaro or some shit

Debian doesn't recognise my monitor aspect ratio, and has terrible screen scaling, on top of that ot doesn't recognise my wifi adapter. Mint doesn't recognise my adapter either. Ubuntu recognises my adapter. But GNOME is fucking cancer.
Manjaro doesn't recognise my adapter. Any other suggestions? Open Suse?

>Ubuntu recognises my adapter. But GNOME is fucking cancer.
So remove GNOME and install another DE? It takes two commands in the terminal. Or just use an Ubuntu flavor like Kubuntu or Xubuntu?

It's designed for/by literal autists who watch too much anime and need eyecandy to soothe their jealousy of normal people. Literally 99.99% of cloverOS users have chinese cartoon child porn desktop and likely have a severe case of depression.

If that's you, you'd love it.

>So remove GNOME and install another DE?
Can I do that? What is Kubuntu or Xubuntu based on?
How is it's usability?

From here you can just use a search engine, user.

>What is Kubuntu or Xubuntu based on?
It's based on another DE, it does the apt-get remove and apt-get install for you.
Ubuntu MATE is the patricians choice

if you are just starting out use mint.

Ah okay.
Mint doesn't support my wifi adapter.

>Mint doesn't support my wifi adapter.
do you mean the driver doesn't work, or does linux legitimately not recognize it?

I've used Ubuntu for 4-5 months and honestly I'm getting bored of it,what will you recommend to me? Debian or Fedora,I will be using it for web development purposes.

>getting bored of it
that's a good thing. it means you have accustomed to using your OS for daily tasks.
>web development purposes
literally any distro.
though you may want to stick with Ubuntu if you are new to linux in general, since a lot of online linux tutorials assume you are on Ubuntu.

>CFLAGS="-Ofast -mmmx -mssse3 -pipe -funroll-loops -flto=8 -floop-block -floop-interchange -floop-strip-mine -ftree-loop-distribution"
>CXXFLAGS="${CFLAGS}"

Why not just rice your Ubuntu?
Remove all your bloat that eats up your ram and packages you will never use or aren't needed by other applications.

Buy a new adapter or install the driver for yours

Install Gentoo.

Why not try Mac OS via Hackintosh? You can still do website dev work.

It doesn't recognise it. It requires some driver installation wizardry, which I'm too lazy to do.

Debian and Ubuntu are almost indistinguishable these days. Ubuntu just has more shit glued on top. If you want a more unique experience, Fedora has a different package manager, but I really wouldn't recommend wasting time distrohopping because you're simply "bored".

This

>kubuntu
just stop
