I'll try posting preset when I get home, but on its own it will almost certainly not work perfectly for you.
It's not just about the pitch or frequency, there are many other things to consider.
That is because it is unlikely that our original voices sound similar, so what works for me, may have opposite effect for you.
For now you could just pirate full edition and get female voice pack, and start from there.
Bear in mind, that just like said, you will have to slightly change your way of speaking and tone just a tiny bit for it to work perfectly.
Nothing that will strain your voice though. And I guarantee that it will be worth it, as the software does wonders.
