Today I tried telling my parents I would never have a relationship. I'm a 23yo khhv with no female friends and barely any regular friends so any logical human being would have probably come to that conclusion themselves, but not my parents, they just keep joking about it and reassuring me someone will cross my path. Today I got tired of it. My mother mentioned something about me needing to be able to do something "when I got a family".

Guys guys look, OP's parents are doing this because in most cases this durable form of isolation mostly ends in the person developing a nasty coping mechanism for the loneliness (ie drugs, booze, insanity, suicide and/or homocide). If OP has been able to successfully dodge all of this his parents will still always live in fear that it will.

OP best advice is to save a couple grand and move out. If you really are hellbent on being a loner then go all out and discontinue contact with your parents completely. But I have to warn you this is not for everyone and usually doesn't end well.
