I can't get any stream from twitch.tv to load. The website works fine and chat works as well.

maybe use googles DNS 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 to test that your DNS is being resolved properly

and another possibilty is that a friend family member is trolling you and they've added 0.0.0.0 twitch.tv to your hosts file. (hosts file is in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc)
