This is me making a new chart thread. Old one is dead thanks to bearface. Discuss memes, guess penis sizes, recommend music (however actual music discussion is discouraged) etc.

+Radiohead, Radiohead, Radiohead, Radiohead, Radiohead, Radiohead, NMH, Slint, Bowie, Sigur Ros, Byrne, James Blake, Radiohead. I really need to relisten to all of the Radiohead albums before LP9
It's good. German psych/kraut/prog-rock, you know the deal.
For you I'd rec Labradford - s/t, Fly Pan Am- s/t, and Cerberus Shoal - Homb. Also Tortoise - TNT aswell as Cul De Sac - ECIM are the more obvious recs if you haven't heard those yet yet.
2016 favourites

how is before and after science? Been meaning to listen to it since I got a vinyl copy as a hand-me-down from my mum.
I can never get Spiderland to click for me, what does it for you?
Bottomless Pit is looking like an early favourite, but I'm reserving judgement for now.
Listen to B-2 Unit (a.k.a. Thousand Knives' big brother)
thank you guys
mornin
The last woods album is nice, i dont remember them being this... jazzy i guess? I dont know if im confussing them with others but eh. Nice album, nothing special about it but quite fun and relaxing
The last pj album is good, not as good as let england shake, maybe a 7,5-8 i would say. Really really love some songs. The ministry of social affairs for example where the sax goes rogue, i love it

Ahh that's good to hear. I'm glad PJ is still making good albums and not just releasing shit beyond her time.
lazy poser....

Jesus man stop doing general collage threads. Make 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5 only threads
Nice Not Available
Nice Aesthetic you got there
which other Rezzies do you guys like? I think Eskimo is my second favorite after N/A
My favorite is MTR. Eskimo is amazing too. N/A is growing in me and Duck Stab is fucking amazing. I also like The Gingerbread Man but that is my pleb opinion. (It's Really sad)

I'll have to give Duck Stab a listen, for some reason MTR didn't jump out to me as much. God in Three Persons was also nice
You listened to dub come save me?
You might like some of eno's solo stuff. You tried here come the warm jets?
been meaning to listen to dub come save me for a while, I'm usually a fan of dub in general.
+++++++++Ys and Asunder Sweet
Be my friend
+++Ys, radio, there will be blood,
+sigur ros, kennydrick, slint, radio
+Francoise Hardy and Aphex
Everyone ITT is cool
I used to HATE Spiderland
and when I say hate I mean I fucking wanted to kill anyone here who praised it.
Turns out Breadcrumb Trail and Nosferatu Man where not really my thing and I hadn't paid much attention to Washer For Dinner and GMCaptain.
Don't listen to it now, just wait until you are kinda sad and just lie in your bed with the lights closed and listen.
If you haven't enjoyed washer's riffs, for dinner's intense dynamics and emotion and the sadness when he screams I MISS YOU in Good Morning Captain then it may not be for you.
It's not a 10/10 album for me, but I feel like it may become someday and it was totally worth revisiting - mind you, I had tried listening to it at least three or four times)
Also kinda nice chart
+clarence, sgt pepper, fka, hanl
Maybe check out bark psychosis' hex if you want a kinda easy way into early post rock
off course I've tried Eno
HCTWJ is up there with his Roxy Music stuff
great album
Guys I'm seeing Sigur Ros this June
Has anyone seen them play this year?
Well those two really are the best ones. the commercial album is pretty good. Duck Stab is good but overrated
Jane Doe really is one of the best albums ever made
Check out Calvaiire - Forceps for some more muscular Converge-worship
Hmmm no clue I don't like Radiohead or Gorillaz so I can't go off those
Maybe check out Ian William Craig - A Turn of Breath
Time To Burn - Is.Land.
Yeah Jane Doe is fantastic
+FOH and Merzbow +Mogwai
