How Fast Will This Fuck Up My 1070 TI?

Letting this sucker run in the background I can make about $50 per month at current prices. Is that worth the stress I'm putting on the card? Or is it fine like this?

*note- GPU 1 is not the 1070 ti, which has been running at between 60-65C.

only one way to find out

You don't want to OC your core, you want to OC your memory. Anyway, your card's VRAM will probably become unstable and you won't be able to run anything stressful without it crashing at some point. 0/10 don't do it nigger

I meant you should undo any factory OC and maybe even downclock, if that wasn't clear.

1070 TIs are not factory overclocked. Nvidia prevents AIBs from doing so.

I lose about 2 MH/s when I turn down the core clock for some reason.

Also, I have 2 1050 tis. One I can push to about 14 MH/s but the other one stays around 12 no matter what I do. What the hell is up with that?

Oh shit I forgot about that
Still might want to downclock to save your GPU

OP again here, HALP! After messing with overclocking the memory on my GPU, my PC starts up and then crashes with a beige screen of death. What the hell is going on?

No because you're losing money because of your power bill.

Every time open MSI afterburner this is what I see

you just won the game, congrats.

If you think overclocking will damage your card, you're too dumb to overclock. You shouldn't overclock.

You're that guy who simultaneously complains that his favorite game is dying and that new players are too dumb to learn how to play.

hes right though, even complete retards can overclock video cards nowdays since their bioses never let you touch voltage anyway

Retard, switch your monitor input to the integrated/mobo GPU and restart the PC.

The integrated graphics port doesn't work when you have gpus installed my negrance

You soft in the head or something?

boot into safe mode.

works 4 me

don't know what shit config you have but works even on laptop

That's far too big of a memory overclock, dumbass. You double the number you see in Afterburner to get the effective overclock. No GDDR5 module is getting a 1.8GHz overclock.

You're fucking retarded. There's no reason not to do both. 99% of Pascal chips can hit a peak clock of 2050MHz+ without extra voltage, so you're just leaving free performance on the table for literally no reason.

You can't fucking "kill" or "save" a GPU simply by adjusting its clock speed. Voltage is what kills, and voltage is hardware locked on Pascal meaning that it's quite literally impossible to feed it too much voltage without performing a hardmod.

watchu mining famalamb?
I'm currently mining TRTL with my 1080 with the same settings as you

Without electricity costs?
Without transaction fees?
