As far as I know its just software that replaces the face of one person with that of another, that can be used on video files. It's not intended just for replacing every porn sluts face with Scarlett Johansson's if you're into that. Besides, there's already more advanced software that does it in real time, and there's software that can also replace someone's voice with someone else's voice, also in real time. If someone was determined enough, and had a lot of friends in the news, they could pretend to be any elected official for long enough to cause serious damage to everyone's lives.
