Well, at least that's what my name is supposed to be, so says my 2nd cousin. My extended family is very broken up. I think everyone has fragments of our family story, but we're all so separated from each other outside of immediate family that no one has the whole picture. There's information that one branch will have that is assumed the other branches have too. This is most certainly not the case.
As far as muh heritage goes, I am a mutt, like most Americans. I suppose I have slightly more German ancestors than anything else. Rest is Swiss, English, Scots, Irish, and trace amounts of other European.
