What the hell do you mean compromise with a $1400 phone, like I said, they paid ME $150 to take the iPhone x. I didn't pay anything for it. Before this I had a nexus 6p which was a great phone, which is why I went with the pixel 2 and will try a pixel 3 when it comes out hoping they've fixed what was broken.
