You actually can't.
All you can do is make it quiet. Windows physically doesn't let you remove the executable. Best you can do is have a batch script run every few seconds that autokills the exe.

Nah Google into you can remove it in all but name and it works well but if you dig too deep and remove too much other shit the wrong way you can break major upgrade functionality. I had to reinstall to get fall update, otherwise i could only get defender shit and minor security updates

Nobody in their right mind uses Windows 10 non-LTSB releases as their daily OS or even as their occasional Windows OS.

I change it via local group policy. While you in there scroll down to Allow telementry and turn that off too.
