Where do I go with black metal after Filosofem? I haven't listened to a lot of metal in general but I fucking loved the lo-fi pummeling noise of this album and I've been getting into Feedbacker a lot lately (also Monoliths and Dimensions is pretty dope but idk how much that helps)

Listen to the other 2nd wave stuff (Mayhem, Darkthrone, Gorgoroth...). If you like Filosofem in particular you could check out some Blackgaze stuff maybe, especially if you're not into metal per se. Deafheaven or Liturgy or something similar.
