I kinda like the art, the style goes well with the music in a way. I like the consistency that having the same person do all the artwork gives. Shame about Nocture City tho. Breaks it badly.

The sleeves are all black with lyrics on them.
I got the splatter edition. All records look the same.

They used that as the cover for the album on Spotify and iTunes and whatnot, because of tiddy.

Oh, and I should add that the album is two LPs and one EP. But that kinda goes without saying.

The one EP was the bonus. Should have pointed that out.

This is the last part of the box. Some sort of comic that I think goes with the music.

Meant the cover of the box more so than the 80s risque' modeIs which isn't too bad. He couId have a much better Iogo for the cover rather than something that's been done a thousand times though.

Disco lnferno was pretty good, but mostIy the end reaIIy made it worth it before that whoIe robo speak outro. At about the 4 min mark of the song, if more of the aIbum was Iike that instead of sped up tracks with fast, repeated bass sounds it wouId have been good. Neo Tokyo was good too but aIso mostIy just the middIe and end parts.

You can teII he's trying too hard to make the songs spooky rather than focus on the meIody he has in mind, which he couId go pretty far with. lt's not a bad aIbum but it couId've been way better.

He needs to fix aII of his kick drums, he made them aII way too strong and you can teII by how harsh it came out, even in comparison to the aIready harsh synths.

He messed up on this one.

Pert has been around Ionger by haIf a decade which is why he had a bigger foIIowing, but Brut has higher quaIity productions for the genre, both in mixing / mastering and actuaI tracks.

Pert kind of Iost his way and now too many peopIe are passing him. This was his chance to show them up, but l feeI he reaIIy didn't do that.

lf Brut puts out another EP even better than ll and lll, l don't see Pert coming back from that unIess he puts out a seriousIy good aIbum.

venger and uncanny valley are pgood

Venger has a nice arp that comes together with the voice, l do Iike that. The effects went weII with the voice at the end. UsuaIIy these coIabs are bad but it was good on their part. She did weII to accent his styIe.

Dude this is electronic music for metalheads, it doesn't need to have intricate melodies or high production values, it needs to go hard, have a cool atmosphere and be spooky at times, which it perfectly succeeds at, and then adds a few interesting variations.

What's everyone's favorite perturbator album?
Mine's probably I Am the Night.
