What s your favorite?

K N O W

>No BSD

>linux have linux from scratch

really makes you think

mint

ZorinOS Lite

yourmomOS

Mint, then Debian

Mint with debian as base

Debian

>no windows

>Wanting to setup servers from scratch
really makes you think

windows is nobodies favourite, people just use it cus they have no choice

openSUSE

>No arch

Ian.

Manjaro
Ubuntu/Deb

OpenSuse

>love gentoo and use it on desktop and server
>laptop is too slow to be compiling everything so have to find another for it
>every """easy""" distro has convoluted, retarded ways to work around not having the freedom to compile
>consistently spend hours trying to figure out something that would take minutes on gentoo
Why are binary distros such a meme? No wonder all the newbies go back to a proprietary OS.

Debian is always the correct answer.

Fedora: recent packages and stable.
Also it's fucking easy to package your own app in COPR, only a simple file and you're done.

Ubuntu, although with Unity gone I’m leaning towards Antegos

ooboontu

Of the ones in the picture, probably Debian. My real favourite is Slackware.

Debian.

Arch, btw i use arch.

Congratulations to your live achievement of installing it. We all know how hard it is following a 2 pages manual and don't miss copy/pasting a single line. Maybe after 300 pacman -Syu fakebussy commands you can manage to browse your animeporn collection and call it a day.

Windows 10

I fucking hate these retarded penguins.

Apologize or else...

I'll try to redpill you :

>Mint
Ubuntu reskin, no interest.
I tryed it for like 1 month when Ubuntu switch to Unity (First version of Unity was a nightmare)

>RedHat
For IT compagny, no one here will buy that

>CentOS
If you work in IT it's good to know how too use it,it's a free Redhat, no other interest

>Fedora
Is the beta version of RedHat, you can't get me wrong on this
was the best for Gnomefags before Ubuntu choose Gnome as default, today no interest unless your a Redhat cuck
I tryed it a few hours, the installer is looking nice

>Opensuse
You would say it's the same as Fedora but the Leap version is the same than the commercial one, Tumbleweed is the beta here
Good UI setting with Yast, Firefox is patched to use the KDE filepicker and KDE is the default so if youre a KDEfags it's the best distro for you
Tumbleweed is one of the few rolling you can use daily because of the snapshot system.
I was using Tumbleweed for a long time since Leap was too old, it's ok if you don't need some package that Debian/ubuntu have

>Debian
It's uttershit but it's free as in freedom by default, for freetards

>Ubuntu
Debian with less shit, use it if you just want to use what everyone use for no trouble

ubuntu because it offers stable and good driver-support as well as high popularity and good forum.

Thanks.

All distros have the sane drivers. Stop falling for marketing.
Aldo Ubuntu is the only distro with botnet included.

>Also Ubuntu is the only distro with botnet included
>what is a botnet

>Posting the index.jpg with 2 Fedoras.

Well, how often do you use the AUR? It's like fucking without condom.
Yes, just remove the amazon shopping lens or install one of the other flavours.

And what kept you from figuring out you could just compile your packages for your laptop on your desktop?

The part about not wanting to do that.

lmfao

BolgenOS

Slackware, then MX
