Keep making excuses. You can roll around mummy's and daddy's house for the rest of your life eating shit and feeling sorry for yourself, it doesn't impact us at all.

But the only realistic path to not being a disgustingly hideous piece of contemptible human shit is learning to manage your weight _first_ and put that into practice properly before you start trying to bulk up by doing anything more than resistance training. You shouldn't even start to consider muscle until you're half-way between your current and your target weight.

This is true. I was eating McDonald's every day at my most fit (6'4"/110kg). 8 hours of hard exercise every day, and you can eat whatever you want. Just don't become an alcoholic who prefers beer or you can easily gain 35kg after 2 years and lose all of that hard-earned muscle.
