on listening to it again, inanimate Sensation, On GP, and DG 2.0 are the only good songs on the album...Bottomless pit seems like they did what they were going for on jenny death much better.

Government Plates is easily their most shallow and boring album. Most of the instrumentals are literally just loops with some chopped up ride vocals thrown in.

There aren't enough vocals from him and therefore it is worse, just as if there was less drumming from Zach or someone else came and produced it.

That is untrue and GP has flatty's best production work by far. BP is terrible and formulaic as fuck, where as on GP flatty shines, BP every member is functioning at a depressingly low level and the worst part is, they made it accessible as fuck so Death Grips has essentially sold out

You don't know what "sold out" means do you? Making more accessible music doesn't mean they sold out, it means they wanted to make a more accessible album. Selling out is ignoring your values in the name of money. One of the charms of DG (at least for me) is that they are noisy, yet catchy.
I felt like Government Plates, while the production was nice, the songs just felt shallow and meaningless. Look at Feels like a wheel and This Is Violence Now. It feels like he said "let's make something WaCkY XD!" and then forced it. The only song that successfully pulled this off was in Whatever I Want.

Could somebody please explain to me what conceptual link "Giving Bad People Good Ideas" could possibly have with "Bottomless Pit"? Is there anybody who honestly believes this isn't just a collection of re-recorded B-sides, placed in a random order with a hipster-friendly cover and a nonsensical name? That Death Grips's addled brains didn't simply run out of creativity around 3 years ago, and after the utter flop of Government Plates they've now given up writing truly new music altogether?

I saw MC Ride at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, "Oh, like you're doing now?" I was taken aback, and all I could say was "Huh?" but he kept cutting me off and going "huh? huh? huh?" and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw Stefan trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like "Sir, you need to pay for those first." At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually "to prevent any electrical infetterence," and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
