If you want to listen to everything, start with Debut and move up chronologically. The Sugarcubes are pretty good too.
If you just want a sampler, probably Homogenic or Vespertine. It's kind of hard to know which one to recommend.

it really depends. If you didn't like The Eye I don't know how much you'll enjoy Holidays in Europe, their second and in my opinion better record. You outta give it a shot anyway, maybe you'll enjoy that one a little more
I prefer KUKL to TT but that's because I really enjoy the type of eccentric, anxious post-punk the former plays. TT has some fun and interesting elements though
