Long time iPhone-pleb here. I've been using iPhones for as long as I can remember, but now I'm thinking of switching to an Android-based phone.
I've been looking around the web and the Huawei P9 seems like a good choice for transitioning from iPhone to Adnroid.
Any recommendations?

Get a Moto z2 force. Unbreakable screen and with even the cheapest of mods the battery life will flat out fucking amaze you. Also the attachable mods are fucking neat and the only interesting thing happening in phones right now anyway.
Also comes with an SD card slot and retailers usually have some kind of free or discounted mods deal with purchase of the phone(mine came with a projector mod) The phones themselves are usually 500 or less anyway so they're price friendly enough.
Oh and mostly stock Android so no tpuchjizz bullshit here.
Anyone recommend anything else is probably a fucking shill who wants to sell you a glass screened breakable pice of shit with no fucking battery life or SD card support.
If you want something else then admitedly the note series with the S-pen is nice.. but touchjizzz....
If you just want cheap and functional any 200-300 dollar phone will work fine.
I unironically miss my Huawei P9.
Perfect size, excellent camera, really couldn't go wrong with it. I'd probably go back to one, and would definitely recommend. 10/10

The best phone to transition from an iOS to Android is the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL. You'll get software updates and support like you would on an iPhone; right as they come out.
