Because I know that the brogrammer that developed this is one of us.
Why is it down bro?
4stats.io
It works on my end.
What? Blank page here...
Probably something with JS? I'll check.
Thanks.
Not working on Safari. Works as expected on Chrome.
down how?
just a straight up 404 ?
yeah sorry,
I can test it on latest FF, Chrome and even Edge, but have no way to test it on Safari during normal development.
Can confirm
it is not working on FF
Sorry, down is not the right word.
I only get a blank page and now I notice this error in console.
>ReferenceError: Can't find variable: chrome
Tell me if you need more info or help.
oh fuck, accidentally committed something earlier, when testing something, that some user asked about in /wdg/
it should work again
Can confirm. It works.
Thanks bro.
Why?
I made 3 threads so far, with ~1 month between each of them.
The last one just didn't have a lot of replies and got archived fairly quickly.
Can't recall anything ever getting deleted. I normally don't even post a link to it outside of /wdg/ to not give any janitor the impression that I would spam it for visitors or something like that.
Anyway, what do you think about the current colors and layout?
It is very nice.
What about a switch with Light theme / Night theme?
Just a suggestion.
Also, a question: are you querying the Sup Forums API every second to get the posts/s data or what?
very neat
I like it.
If I could make a suggestion: I think that the right area (the one with the active threads for the selected board) should hava a limited height, maybe the maximum height of the left area, and with a scroll if it exceeds.
Because sometimes you need to scroll too much to view the graph on bottom. Or maybe it's just me that don't use the active thread's area too much.
>What about a switch with Light theme / Night theme?
Yeah think that would be good.
Attempted that a little while ago, but decided I would first clean up the CSS a bit and then do it properly in the future.
>are you querying the Sup Forums API every second to get the posts/s data or what?
The backend cycles through all the 72 boards every 5 minutes, fetching a new board-catalog every 4.17 seconds basically.
Processing all the information and calculating the stats based on new and past data, before forwarding the results to the middleman-API, that clients on the website connect to.
hm, the active-threads list should dynamically adapt its height already.
If you only list a handful of boards, then it should shrink down to 5 narrow threads, otherwise it should be the same height as the board-list.
oh should have mentioned, there is a way to force the amount of threads to display.
You can paste
localStorage.setItem("forceActiveThreadCount",3)
into the console to force the amount of threads if you want. Anything from 0-8 works. Then refresh the page and it should apply it.
Added this when some user asked the reverse, where he wondered if it was possible to display more threads while only listing few boards.
The thread-list should still adapt to the board-list height in any case.
credit to OP for the share, and for the creator of course.
This is possibly one of the most useful shares for me right now.
ty.
also checked the dubs
I love you user thanks for this nice project always wanted to thank you for this site :)
Thank you, nice to hear
Everytime I see these stats I want to kill myself
Why bro?
