SSDs are pretty cheap right now. They are on par with 2016. I've saw 850 EVO 500 GBs going for 99 € new, now 120. Which is still better than 160+ last year.
Most people don't need more than 8 GB of RAM. I'm a power user, I even video edit on my 12 GB Triple Channel rig, no problems. The other runs on 8 GB. A friend games on his 8 GB. Better get a Ryzen as long as they are cheap.
