Grime does include rapping but it's not the same culture or sound, if you have even a rudimentary understanding of hip hop or music in general you'd know this. Grime beats usually tend to have their own sound. The most obvious of these distinctions is the tempo to grime music which is noticeably higher. Grime MCs also tend to rely more on one syllable line by line rhymes. Grime and hip hop are two branches from the same tree but not necessarily "the same thing in a british accent"

There's a show been going for a while on radio one called fire in the booth, the majority's average, but there's some gems in there (if you can stand charlie sloth) Wretch 32, Akala and Stormzy are especially good in my humble opinion
