I unironically like his version of It Was a Very Good Year.

His version of Common People is better than the original.

Gladstone, you're always wrong and never funny, except when you're so wrong it's funny. And no, you never do it on purpose; you're not clever at all.
hahah calling this album "odd"
it's literally just a bad rock album
moonlight in vermont is what the whole album was supposed to sound like
>bad
You don't have to like it, but calling it bad is simply stupid (or trying to b8 a response from someone dumb enough to respond like me). The entire band is tighter than a mormon's asshole throughout an album of completely unconventional riffs, meters, and styles. Stylistically the album is weird as hell, but it never dissolves into utter nonsense (other than the lyrics of course). As weird and maybe edgy as it is, to my ear the music has always developed logically and is even enjoyable to listen to.
Thats not Smiley Smile
You better check this out OP

why was capt beefhart such a crusty gross smelly hobo. i can never hear his disgusting ash-tobacco raspy tinged voice without that image coming to mind
>he hasn't listened to Safe as Milk
wait, i guess you're not wrong, but still
Haven't seen this one mentioned on Sup Forums.
oh great more crusty smelly hobo tunes
Crusty smelly hobo musicians with whacked out names were all the rage in the late-60s my mane.
