Hey, I like the pictures, user. Don't listen to the vocal minority of haters :)
Miku has cute feet.
>Don't listen to the vocal minority
vocal majority
Minority, you silly!
>brand new ma900's cost 500€ shipped
we shilled them into nonexistence
I too like seeing the same crappy black and white photos of audiophool products over and over again because I am easily amused.
Don't the best headphones in the world (MA900s) deserve to be?
First for cat posting
10/10
These haters can't even provide /hpg/ pics of their own!
I was told to select boxes with bridges but I clicked on signs instead.
Same user from previous thread; how's the isolation? Would I be able to listen to these somewhere quiet without other people hearing it? Do they block out enough noise for a bus ride?
I see a good condition pair for 180CAD. Should I do it?
I'm looking for a pair of headphones I can use literally at all times, in and outside, so portability and looks matter more than not at all.
>would also consider comparable IEMs but wary of ear wax and fit issues
I love Miku!
Are these good headphones? I dont really game but id like a microphone option for when i chat with my brother. Budget ~$100 and they must be witeless with a decent range
Forgot pic. Sorry
>wireless
>with a mic
You can forget about obtaining "good headphones" with these requirements.
Why? Beats have mics
I came hard to those feet.
L700 earpads for my L300 arrived today from Woo. Might experiment, try some Saran Wrap first.
so where the fuck are zeos' sister's feet

>this is my sister, her feet are famous on the internet
Holy shit, his brother actually sounds like a normal human being as opposed to his bulldyke sister and Z's own high pitched fat faggot voice.

Anybody tried Final Audio Design Pandora Hope VI? Never heard of cans with BAs before, or cans with such low impedance, the measurements for IV look good to me, no ringing and accurate waveform, and VI is supposed to be even better.

Can anyone help point me to the one very popular store in eBay that sells genuine, authentic stock pads for HD650. I was considering aftermarkets earpads but people said aftermarket earpads destroy the sound signature.
Also, is the Venus Audio cables on eBay any good? Price seems pretty pricey but looking around it seems the price is kinda average among the HD650 cables.
Thanks by the way.

gonna listen to it, thanks user
After trying out some expensive as fuck active noise cancelling Bose headphones, I wanted a similar great experience for much cheaper. I was looking at these Lindy NC-60's
Does anyone have these and if so are they any good?
>resting head phones that touch your face on a flee and fecal dust laden creature.
It's okay.
I'm also a flea and fecal dust laden creature.
A single sniff will assure you that any housecat is cleaner than you.
I really like the way the DT990 looks and sounds too. Ended up giving mine to my sister while upgrading though.
Sennheiser Urbanite or Momentum, the on ear ones are like wearing IEM's in terms of isolation. They sound lovely too and have strong build quality.
Stop sniffing me
Are you a cat?
where to get ma900 for $200
Yea, I'm your cats m8, he said he doesn't like you putting stuff on him while he's trying to sleep.

>Sound signature: The main goal of buying these is for performing better in FPS. I play at a high level and feel like my current headphones aren't cutting it anymore. Not sure what the best would be
>Past headphones: Mostly gaming memes: Turtle Beach -> Siberia V2 -> Currently using HyperX clouds
Now that I have a desk mic I no longer have to submit to the gaming headphone meme. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Lucky girl. I can’t think of a more comfy headphone.
I've got an AK240 bluenote on the way as well as a pair of CA lyra II both from massdrop.
I got to thinking since I'm getting a TOTL dap and I mainly listen to Jazz and various sub-generes of techno (hardstyle, gabber, trance etc) maybe I should go all out and get a pair of Vegas and sell the Lyras.
The best paired with the best. I've read some reviews about fit problems with the Andros and since I have a weird shaped head I'm concerned I may experience the same.
It also seems some prefer the vegas and with the music I listen to the bass might be nice.
Someone talk me out of this obviously bad decision because I can't seem to get it out of my head.
I already have a few pairs of good cans and want some nice IEM's to travel with
>how's the isolation?
Not the user that you replied to but I've had them before and the isolation was bad, especially on the bus. If you'll mainly be using the headphones on public transport I'd reccomend ANC or just getting headphones with good clamp like the msr7 or even the takstar pro 82 (don't clamp much but have good isolation)
Ditch out the DAP and get yourself an OTG DAC for your phone. It will unironically sound better than any DAP and something with the performance of top-tier desktop devices only cost $60 (Sabaj DA2, SMSL iDea, Fiio K1).
People usually prefer the Andromedas to the Vegas which are considered to be quite overpriced, though you might wanna see if you can try them before buying.
If you want TOTL, get CIEMs.
I mean considering how much money you'd lose selling TOTL stuff, why not just get something custom fit for you and keep it?
I was initially planning to get a ifi DSD bl nano but I couldn't pass that AK240 bundle.
I'm moving cross country in two months and where I'll be going for work I won't have a permanent address until at least DEC of this year and in that time I'll be at sea for at least 80% of it so CIEM's are out of the question. By the time I get settled into a place and get a new vehicle it'll be at least March and the vega will have gotten their use 10 fold so at that time I'll be good with using them as spares.

FX Audio DAC X-6 but I'm looking to upgrade from that as well. A buddy recommended Schiit, but I've also heard that they're trash. Some recommendations there would be great as well

The hd650 compares favorably to even the modded he500.
Beautiful feet
Good to know, I'll stay the fuck away from modded He500.
They're not bad by any means but considering they initially sold for like $900 and the hd6xx is $200, it's impressive as fuck.
I just hate the sound of the 6xx. It's a compressed wall.
massive faggot
OK recommendations for headphones for gaymen, basically need decent quality sound, I'm not an audiophile I can't tell the difference between a £200 and £500 pair of headphones, so don't need to be super expensive. Needs to come with build in Mic
Preferably wireless, I had the G930 which lasted about 15 months but now have a crack through the plastic and wont last much longer.
>Built in mic
>Preferably wireless
>change the pastebin 3 days ago
>its still used
>noone noticed
KEK I just had to say it couldn't hold it in anymore
>I can't tell the difference between a £200 and £500 pair of headphones
you probably couldn't fell the difference between a £10 and £50 pair then
Just get any cheap gaymen headphones, it doesn't matter
Why would anyone deny the truth?
>you probably couldn't fell the difference between a £10 and £50 pair then
Based on what reasoning exactly?
I'm looking for something with a good build quality since these Logitech ones have crack and can be a bit buggy with the software/features.
Pure audio quality isn't the only measure of a good pair of headphones, looking for things like good battery life, good build quality, decent features.
Not after LED ricer shit or epic le meme quality sound that only audio engineers can tell the difference between.
Is there any brands known for good build quality or using better materials? Don't want another pair cracking after a years worth of use.
Two different people. I'm not a faggot :(
>Looking for things like good battery life
You're looking for something marketed to actual retards. You'll never find good quality.
>good battery life
>decent features
You keep digging yourself in a deeper hole
Just look at the fucking links in the OP, figure it out yourself
Reminder that the HD600, HD650, and HD800 are the only headphones worth paying money for and no other headphones come close in terms of music reproduction.
I'm not hearing that at all. Which headphone are you comparing it to?
>HD 650
>Accurately reproducing music
Is this a joke? Music isn't supposed to sound like you're sitting inches away from five different instruments smashed in a small room.
>plug my $0.10 earbuds (yes I got them for literally $0.10 USD on aliexpress) into amp
>they sound surprisingly good
Those are pretty weird choices, user
Why do you need to be so autistic about this? I have needs that mean I want wireless headphones, so things like battery life are of concern.
If there's nothing that's "good quality" then what's the best quality given those requirements? The only thing that's retarded is making the insane inference that there's no distinction in overall product quality simply because someone needs wireless as a feature.
So when the thread says "request advice" what it really means is "fuck off we don't care"?
Look I know you guys have your own audiophile clique or something that approximates one, and like every tech clique you have these insane requirements for your kit and that's absolutely fine. But there's people like me who just genuinely want some helpful advice and you're just acting like autistic children.
Why not actually offer helpful advice, or if you cannot because such advice is below you, then just state that up front because that'd be more helpful.
AK240 is fine, unless you want to go full retard and get a Lotoo Paw Gold or something. What are you liking/not liking about the Lyra II? If you need the mid and bass prominence, the Vega would be a good fit but the Andromeda might be a bit jarring, at least at first. Having owned both Andromeda and Lyra II, I sometimes miss that DD bass timbre and keep around a DD set of IEMs for that purpose. Also, Vega NEEDS good power, so you're probably better off spending more money on an amp than another DAP (unless you go LPG, which provides absurd power). Also, the fit of CA's BA IEMs, like Andromeda, is fine. They're larger than the liquidmetal IEMs, but not bad.
>Why do you need to be so autistic about this
Ironic. This is a thread for headphones, not headsets.
Cringe
Yeah, I cringe every time some autistic loser tries to buy a shitty headset.
That really is autistic.
OK then, same requirements I originally posted except without a mic?

That you're still trying? I agree.
Is the HD681 a good budget choice?
Just buy a Razer MANO'WAR
They work fine
I was replying to you
So you can't offer advice then? That's ok if you're not competent or have the skills to do so, there's plenty of other people more capable than you in the thread to offer advice. I'm happy to wait for other peoples feedback.
I appreciate your time/attention though, it's been very helpful.
What are the best Headphones around 200$ which get much detail and are fun to listen with?
I was going to recommend some Audio-Technica/Sony headphones, but seeing you want a gayming headset, some whatever wireless Arctis headphone from Steelseries should set you fine
