I've bought a lot of games through Kinguin, never had a problem. Just make sure to buy stuff from sellers who have a lot of ratings which are mostly good. My friend bought some stuff through scdkey as well, although I've never used them myself, they seem to have better prices on windows 10 keys.

Windows 7 started giving me issues with hanging and freezing on update so I wasn't able to apply the security patches for wannacry or anything else. Instead of wiping it and installing Windows 7 again I just decided to put Windows 10 on that computer.

Yeah, the only difference between a retail key and an OEM key is that a retail key is registered to one motherboard and you can't change it, a retail key you can transfer to a new motherboard when you stop using it. I think if you own a retail key you can call MS for tech support as well which you can't with an OEM key, but that's not really that important.
