I think Jethro is a pretty cool Y. Eh, plays flute and doesn’t afraid of anything.

Think as a Brink and Seng Frem The Wode er goud albloms

best classic prog group besides king crimson

it goes

king crimson > jethro tull > genesis > van der graaf generator > yes > gentle giant > camel > caravan > ELP

A little overblown at times but i like a few of their albums and they were god tier live

One of my favorite bands

I remember reading the full... liner notes (?) to thick as a brick the first time i listened to it, fucking weird bunch

The real question is Why are prog lyrics so bad?

They are Crescent Fresh

pretty gud desu senpai

I love in the classifieds section it says "wanted: brick, must be thick"

ELP shouldn't even be on the list. Complete wank and soulless. I feel bad that Emerson offed himself, but ELP is the reason prog lost credibility.

>The Black and White Minstrel Show- Good clean racial fun for the whole family.

ELP is the guilty pleasure of prog bands. It was all wank and no soul but that was some orgasmic wanking.

I cum everytime I hear the keyboard work on Thick as a Brick t b h. Thick as a Brick, Aqualung, and Stand Up are great albums

More like

Gentle Giant > Yes > King Crimson > Jethro Tull > Van Der Graaf Generator > Camel > Caravan > Genesis > ELP (All of these bands are still good though)

Everyone gets that ELP is the ultimate in Prog wank & pretentiousness, but you must be really thick (l m a o) not to at least enjoy Tarkus or Karn Evil 9.

Knife Edge is pretty much as based as it gets.

Not who you replied to but I only like tarkus for the moog tones, and Karn Evil 9 is pure cancer for my ears.
CttE is my favorite album of all time and its fairly wanky, but ELP is in another world, their best stuff is their classical covers like Pictures at an Exhibition.

Tarkus is the shit. I can't get enough of it. Too bad I can't say the same about the rest of the ELP stuff.

Van Der Graaf Generator doesn't get enough love outside the prog community. Pawn Hearts is so fucking good.
