does anyone else here hate local "punk" venues? i've been going to one to one occasionally the last couple of months (some local bands tend to be pretty alright, plus a $3-5 price tag isn't too bad either) and the more i go the more i hate the scene. i really don't get how you can be /MAJORLY/ (and i really mean majorly) anti-violence/straight edge/liberal but want to see "EVERYONE IN THIS CROWD DIE WITH THIS CIRCLE PIT" that they try starting up.
