I've been getting back into melt banana lately
Thoughts?
anyone going?
classic noise rock album
Here's some shitty gook music
I feel like a pleb because i only own fetch. Are their other records good?
yeah. cell-scape and charlie are really good too. also try their earlier stuff like scratch and stitch if you're a fan of grindcore
...
10/10 album you have there son
One of my personal favorites
A timeless classic. I'm pretty sure that even after all these years, this is still J's favorite Dino album.
>I'm going to see them live in a few months
>I really want to take a couple of hits of acid with me to the show
>pic related will be me if I go through with it
new album when?
Am I the only person who loves this album but isn't a big fan of Bug?
I don't know what the proper term I'm looking for, but the "production" of Bug is so fucking shit to me. It feels so dry and tiny and weak, no punch to it.
You're not the only one. J has said before that Bug is his least favorite Dino album. Lots of unhappy memories for him.
Interesting. That being said, I love so much Dino Jr/J shit that has come out after Bug.
The latest 3 albums have some of their best songs ever by far.
Head/Pure > Goat, though most Jesus Lizard albums are fantastic
That they do. I'm really excited for the new album. Comes out August 5.
Can't wait, I'm pissed at myself I spoiled my first listen by listening to the single and a poor audio quality live performance o the opening track.
Love the album cover, J has such a good eye for cool artwork
First two tracks from the new one:

Anything new come out?
...
I don't even know why they make these threads anymore. Every time I see a Noise Rock thread I get super excited to discover something new, but nope, same old shit posted over and over. Anyone who's even remotely into Noise Rock will have heard everything posted so far a thousand times already.
not too many releases yet this year but so far guerilla toss - eraser stargazer is my favorite
some other ones:
hot nerds - generic plans for a new blunder ep
future of the left - the peace and truce of fotl
billy bao - laos sessions
arabrot - the gospel
also looking forward to cellular chaos' new album coming out later this month and hopefully the new oxbow album comes out this year
Good stuff
Ayy, im seeing these guys live this Summer at OEF shit gon b gud
god-tier
>it's a naked women, not an assortment of carrots
WHAT IS THIS?
He actually said it was his favorite album when he did an interview with some kid.
Heard this and thought it was pretty good. Then I heard Bug, and holy fucking shit I was blown away. Imo it's not even a contest, Bug shits all over it. It's still great tho

Digging this
Anyone got a chart or a 9x9?
...
Much obliged. I love melt-banana. Currently listening to The Jesus Lizard - Goat
No problem. If you're interested in newer stuff I'd recommend Guerilla Toss - Gay Disco, Daughters - Self-titled, and Girl Band - Holding Hands with Jamie
BUDD, DON'T
fucking phenomenal
very, very good!
that p4k review last night reminded me that this exists, it's actually pretty good
it's fire
i fap to thos tits
came here just to post this if it wasn't here, nice user.
Any other noise rock with female vocalists?
Mutators
pre
Boston for sure
I hope Lex still drools all over himself and yanks on his dick all set like he used to back in the day.
Here's one I never see posted
Guerilla Toss
Meat Thump put out one of the best noise rock singles and then their lead singer died. So no more Meat Thump.
silver daggers
What do y'all think of noise rock that is more in the realm on noise than rock?
Like this
dig it
Listened to the Parable of Arable Land last night. Blew me away, I wasn't expecting the free form freakouts to be what they are but it was so incredible listening to them for the first time.
perfect balance between sweet harmonies and abrasive noise. literal perfection
yeah, Bug has some songs that are great, but as a whole it pales in comparison to You're Living All Over Me
plus, there's a projection of nails on her body
pic related has a ton
Saw these doobies a few months back. Really loving pic related as of recent. Very underrated.
I need more albums that are like this
Fuck yeah! This is a new project me and 2 buddies are working on. Glad to hear some positive feedback
where dat SONIC YOUTH - BAD MOON RISING DOE
I'm prob going to all 3
their psycho-head blowout ep fucking rules

I know this will put me in a more noise pop territory, but I want some really abrasive, noisy power pop. Think Big Black meets Pinkerton-era Weezer
essential t b h
This is an album that I am pretty sure will be one of my favorite albums, but I have never heard a single song off it.
But I love pretty much all the continuum of interrelated bands so, I'm excited. I'm saving it for a special occasion.
/amrep/ forever motherfuckers
good posting more then I hop on here only occasionally to be fair but I don't remember seeing them posted ever

3/5 album but one of my favorite titles
no cows?
Check out the locust if you haven't already.
lucky enough to see this dude live, unfortunately didn't really get it at all at the time
Incredible album
White Zombie's La Sexorcisto is one of the best albums of the 90s. Those groovy riffs combined with Urotsukidoji and Night of the Living Dead samples are just killer. It was way ahead of its time.
Akuma no Uta is such a good album.
