ETIQUETTE -Include correct format (artist / band, title of release, year of release, cover art, the file type (v0, 320 mp3, FLAC, etc), short description, YouTube sample, link) - Send thanks if you have downloaded something to let them know they did a good thing - Avoid sharing / requesting things that are already on the archive - Soulseek /rutracker are your friends, too - just don't argue in this thread about it
REQUESTS >I have a request! Did I... - Check the archive for a live link before requesting? - Check the pastebin to see if it was in a discography or essentials folder? - Share something first? - google "blogspot + artist name + album name"
>I don't have anything to share! - Have a Goodwill, thrift store or library in your area? Try picking up the most obscure thing you can find there and share it. Somebody might be happy you shared it!
ARCHIVE >"I don't know how to find what I'm looking for in the archive" - Go here: >>>>>>>archive.rebeccablacktech.com/mu/ - When searching, limit your search to links only, like so: "desired album mega|zippyshare|mediafire" - Make sure you've typed "zippyshare" and not "zippy", or else Zippyshare links will not be found. - No samples available on Youtube, Soundcloud, etc? Drag'n'drop any MP3 on clyp.it
John Zorn - Flaga: The Book Of Angels Volume 27 (2016) [320] >chamber jazz, modern classical >For one of the last CDs in the Book of Angels series Zorn has put together an astonishing all-star piano trio featuring three of the most powerful and respected musicians in the jazz/new music scene: Craig Taborn, Christian McBride and Tyshawn Sorey. Diving into eight tunes from Zorn’s mystical Masada project they take off in flights of melodic, rhythmic and harmonic fancy that will make your head spin. Visceral and virtuosic, Flaga is one of the most spontaneous and exciting installments in the Masada catalog.
If anyone has the deluxe edition of Velvet Underground's self titled third album, that would be great

Who ever shared The Rotters' Club last thread needs to fix the file. It's corrupt and missing several songs. In fact, the MEGA page shows it as 18 MBs for a 320 bitrate album.
Thanks for trying to share it with us with those other prog albums.
jk to each their own. I recommend headphones personally and I think track 4 is best

Because no one has posted it, and ignoring all the memery
The 1975 - I love it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it (2016) [320] >Indie Rock, Indie Pop, Electro Rock. Also some Dream/Shoegaze influences in other tracks.
I listened to T-Square's Truth and some of it was comparable but it wasn't quite as easy to get into.
T-Square - Truth (1987) [256] >fusion jazz, smooth jazz, late 80s as fuck
One of the most long-lived and largest fusion jazz groups in Japan along with Cassiopeia (afaik) which pretty much goes totally unnoticed in the west. Finding any of their albums anywhere is extremely hard. Notable for their heavy use of the EWI.
I'll share the D4 soundtrack if the torrent ever starts.

The Moog Cookbook - Ye Olde Space Band Plays the Classic Rock Hits
>Super comfy retro electronic music covering classic rock songs >theremins, xylophones, Moog synthesizers, room sized computers... >mostly instrumental, some lyrics >I too was surprised that this is a thing. Highly recommend
You got any more of the Book of Angels albums? I've only listened to the Klezmerson one, which is sick, and I only see vol. 14 on the archive
in return i will share some DJ Shadow as quickly as my internet permits

DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist - The Hard Sell (2007) >turtablism This is the recording of a practice set before playing at the Hollywood Bowl. Sick mixes of classic funk, rock and hip-hop songs by two very skilled DJs.
David Bowie - Birthday Celebration >Bootleg released in 2012 >Recording of a huge concert Bowie had at Madison Square Garden in 1997 for his 50th birthday. >Includes guests like Robert Smith, Billy Corgan, Frank Black, and Lou Reed >Art Rock, Glam Rock, Pop Rock
The Sonic Arts Union formed in 1966 when Robert Ashley, David Behrman, Alvin Lucier, and Gordon Mumma decided to pool their resources and help one another with the performance and staging of their music. This is a pretty damn intense compilation. Particularly "Purposeful Lady Slow Afternoon," a harrowing spoken word piece in which a woman relates her sexual assault in frightening detail.

Excellent share - this is in my top 5 albums of the year, maybe even the top so far. The whole album goes bananas from Terminus onwards - strap on your ear goggles and enjoy the ride.
nishnoshnash - I Know How To Spell (STWL) (DJ DEATH GRIPS REMIX OF DJ DEATH GRIPS REMIX) >avant-garde, metal, experimental, lo-fi, jazz, post-avant-grunge
this is a rare exclusive single that can't be found anywhere else on the internet. Highly recommended

>Emeralds - Does It Look Like I'm Here? (2010) [320] >Ambient, Progressive Electronic, Space Ambient >This album is amazing, one of my dearest favourites
