not sure if you can call this 'vaporwave' but this is one of the most underrated musical creations of our time: telepathtelepath.bandcamp.com
...
NSII is an underrated gem, one of the best lesser-known Vektroid works.
good vape
unknown vape
What's it called?
death's dynamic shroud.wmv - I'll Try Living Like This

>unknown vape
A compilation of the first 31 "singles" off Telepath's side project: Virtual Dream Plaza.
Telepath has a lot of weird shit floating around that I feel like nobody really knows about, and the person behind Telepath is always described as being a very mysterious figure
DDS is absolutely killer and their new one on orange milk is so damn good
I'm proud to say that I'm on this album, my track is (channel 2). Made that shit at 2am some summer day in 2014.
I will say that while this was without a doubt a joke album, it was a really good joke that showcased a lot of likeminded Sup Forums visitors banding together in a cool and funny way. Even Macintosh Plus and Chuck Person's were jokes!
Interesting... What about the album that came after, Hello Arnold?
A way better parody album imo.
Post-Internet
...
Amateur vapormeme shit
Best Chessmaster release coming through
6/10
8/10
7/10
Also any 骨架的 album, either Skeleton or Holograms would be the famous one though
soundcpu.bandcamp.com
Link to 骨架的
sounds exactly like floral shoppe to me
I'm so proud of Sup Forums for this
>implying meme shoppe is good
That one non-vaporwave album is pretty good t b h but the vaporwave ones are shit
>That one non-vaporwave album
Which one?
For Rain Count Trees
Yeah I did the track "unruly tufts of hair"
If that Spongebob album ever gets released I should have at least one track on there, though I made three and shared them in the threads.
>tfw still the best vaporwave album ever made
>tfw there will never be more
>vaporwave
>god tier
fucking wew
did he died?
...
Terrible
He hangs out with the faggot who runs Dream Catalogue, he can't be that deep
Who even knows. I wish there was more info about him out there but I can't find any.
...
...
>31 31-minute tracks
what
Welcome to the shitstain that is most of Telepath's discography.
honestly this is the only vaporwave release that has stuck with me.
I remember when I liked vaporwave
Then I stopped being 15 years old
...
its only been a thing since like 2011 so
the true sequel
any general mega?
This shit got deleted from Bandcamp, anyone got a mega file?
No it didn't? Isn't this it?

oh idk, my link got deleted I think
Why is this considered a good album?
It's pretty shit for a vaporwave album.
>It's pretty shit for a vaporwave album.
Why? Because it's not your usual slowed down elevator music?
It's pretty much the best vaporwave album out there.
A lot of higher quality albums came after FS. It's not the best, it's just a meme and babby's entry level vapor.
You didn't answer my question.
I think it's shit, because there's basically no interesting concept behind it, it doesn't sound good, and it isn't sonically interesting.
Here's my top 10:
1. Floral Shoppe
2. Chuck Person’s Eccojams Vol. 1
3. 札幌コンテンポラリー
4. High Fashion Mood Music
5. Hologram Plaza
6. Far Side Virtual
7. ▣世界から解放され▣
8. TV Party
9. Shader
10. World Class
No it really is not. I don't think you actually understand the philosophy behind vaporwave.
UGH
you know I'm right.
Perfect album to dive into the vaporwave purgatory
...
>You didn't answer my question.
It samples new music, has a diverse style across the tracks, is dark, and has good continuity throughout the album.
I reckon the concept was tunes from a dystopian city, hence the use of new samples.
>Here's my top 10:
>1. Floral Shoppe
>2. Chuck Person’s Eccojams Vol. 1
I'm sorry you like slowed down 80s music that had nothing else added to it.
>philosophy
Please.

Best vaporwave album ever
And probably ever will be
No such thing yet.
Did anyone else order the tape for this?
I suckered out and bought the thing on discogs and it was just a blank white tape someone had scrawled "Hologram Plaza" on in Sharpie and the j-card had just been printed out on printer paper
I don't really know what I expected
It's just an ambient album with the vape aesthetic. No samples, all fresh bleeps.
The album is called "Post-Internet", I wasn't talking about some fictional genre.
I always get confused when I don't see ESPRIT空想 in these threads. This album has been my favourite since I first heard it. It only goes for 12 minutes but every second of it is seriously well crafted gold. After this album the guy who makes it dropped almost all plunderphonics and makes all the warbled cool sounds himself.
>dropped almost all plunderphonics and makes all the warbled cool sounds himself
That never happened.
virtua.zip and summer night both use samples, and his latest 'original' album "100% Electronica" samples those two.
really?
Damn.
