Probably the best band in the world right now, after four consecutive great albums. Unfortunately, nobody seems to have understood "Luminous" and their career could enter a phase of decline, in terms of both popularity and critical reception.
Pitchfork never gave them a Best New Music tag.

They should just become a cover band like they desperately want to be. Their first album was just a Birthday Party rip-off, their second one a pale MBV clone with a Neu! rip-off at the end, Skying was a terrible attempt at being Echo & the Bunnymen, I haven't even heard Luminous but I can only assume it continues their tradition of ripping off superior bands in a blander fashion.
