Is Madvillainy overrated?
Is Madvillainy overrated?
no
only autistic people call universally loved albums overrated
eh maybe, its kinda cringe worthy when youre listening to rap with your friends and then the only white kid in the group goes "check this shit out" and starts playing this
can white people listen to madvillainy?
at this point, white people are the only people listening to madvillain
overrated is a subjective opinion used by people that disagree with how well rated something is
the fact that you are asking a fucking imageboard to make the opinion for you is retarded
lol chill you fuck, he's asking us whether it is overrated or not. Its called starting a discussion.
absolutely
yes but its still good
I love Madvillainy. I was simply asking if people thought it was overrated.
I'm secure enough with my musical taste to hear others thoughts and not let them have an effect on mine.
eh, nah sorry
keep your opinion in your ass
> keep your opinion in your ass
oh okay
No because if a lot of people like something, that still remains true whether you personally like it or not. If the majority opinion is that something is good and you disagree, that doesn't now mean they are all wrong and were over rating it, you are not the sole arbiter of what is good. You're free to dislike the album, but whatever the general consensus is remains so, it doesn't change because it doesn't align with your own opinion.
that whole comment was shit
idk about madvillainy but this thread has some sick digits
then niggers have shit taste
So is yours, so your adding shit to what you think is a pile off shit. Productive and insightful.
nice
lol, or maybe because theyve moved on and listen to more modern music within the genre
watching the changing demographic of 90s rap music is like watching a neighborhood getting gentrified: it generally gets whiter and whiter until it become uncool.
Umm, Madvillainy came out in 2004. That aside, the people listening to 90s music hasn't changed, although the ones attending concerts may have.
yo my bad, it has that 90s feel to it, you know?
of course it is
no.
no
Not him but it certainly has since the 90s. It's basically the go-to decade for people that are trying to get into hip-hop but find most of it unpalatable
