I personally think it is. Never have I seen an album posted in such frequency. People talk about it more than any other big Sup Forumscore artist. More than Kanye, Bowie, AnCo, Swans etc.

Radiohead are okay at best.

I love their music, but I understand why people aren't too keen on them.

i think it's partially because their early albums were so influential that other modern pop artists' copying the sound makes radiohead sound... idk, average?

i mean most of the copycats did it with less experimentation and... worse, but it detracts from the music a lot. It doesn't help that they didn't variate too too much past kid a

What do you mean? Kid A is vastly different from the rest of their later albums. AMSP doesn't sound anything like TKOL. HTTT is probably the closest it gets to maybe IR. And even then it's still not at all a carbon copy.

I still personally love Amnesiac the most. I think it's underrated in their discography.
