There is absolutely no high pitched note throughout the song. Nor on the digital copy I got from when they released the album on their webstore. Y'all are crazy.
What you're hearing is probably your own Tinnitus. The track is relatively quiet with not a lot going on. If you already have ringing in your ears you'll just hear them ringing throughout the entire track.
