ITT: albums that keep getting worse every time you listen to it once more

I thought it was brilliant the 1st time I've heard, but damn, after the 5th listening or something, it's just getting worse

Quick, someone post Hospice

if only they didnt fuck up identikit
they should have kept the 2012 verisio of ful stop
present tense is too chill to be amazing imo

Every other Chili Pepper even I'm With You i was able to listen to it for months straight after release.

I don't dare try it a fourth time.

It's the other way around dumbshit

>Pigeon, why can you scare me?
>Am I not a part of your life anymore?
>Am I not welcome anymore?
I love that song, it so good.

>When the drums come in on the second track

It's all josh's fault

Wrong
>The last two minutes of TQiD just drag it on
>Never Had No One Ever some how manages to get worse because musically it's so bland and if it wasn't for the lyrics it'd my least favorite Smith song
>Cemetry Gates on repeated listens it gets worse again lyrics are my favorite thing about this song

this album an Strangeways both get worse after repeated listens, while S/T and Meat is Murder get better.

It used to be my favorite album

Actually it's Danger Mouse's fault the Chili Peppers had wrote 25 songs before he became the producer and he made them scrape them all except 3 Dreams of A Samurai, Encore and i don't know the other one, ironically enough those two songs are my favorite on the album

Anything they put out after OK Computer really. Especially In Rainbows.

For some reason I only really enjoyed it the 2nd and 3rd time. 1st time I was just too confused and didn't "get it", then I kinda liked it but after the 3rd-ish time I was just bored by the instrumental repetition and kinda undercooked lyrics.

I really liked the Album About Nothing from Wale on first listen, after a week or two I pretty much forgot it existed.

Opposite for me.

Every album gets worse the more you listen to it. Some albums get better the more you listen to them to a point, but then they also start getting worse.

Teens Of Denial

Shoot me

Liked it quite a bit the first time. Second time not so much. Third time I could hardly pay attention.

But I liked it so much the first time around I feel I'll like it again after a few more listens. I dunno.

>the squeaking piano in True Love Waits
REEEEEEEEEEEEEE

This used to be my favorite album, now I can't even stand hearing people talk about it

I still can't believe that I genuinely liked it

anything by the white stripes

Most Radiohead gets worse after multiple hearings. Sometimes it takes more than one listen to really appreciate it but afterwards it just gets blander and blander. IR and TKOL are the only ones that haven't fallen for me yet.
