Is desudesu.co.uk gone now? I can't reach it.
As in music featured in anime OPs? J-Pop? Lolicore? Anything with Japanese lyrics?
>OP by NANO.ripe
>implying this song isn't perfect
youtube.com
Don't give me that shit
You can not tell me this isn't an orgasm in musical form
youtube.com
Forget regular jpop and anime OPs
Heady feeling of freedom is quite literally the best anime related track to ever be produced.
SHAA
DUN DUN
DUN DUN DUN DUN
If you've heard any smidgen of japanese music you would notice the distinctive overbearing ickiness that could only be attributed to anison
That's a soundtrack piece. Besides
youtube.com
>That's a soundtrack piece
And that discounts it, how?
The opening theme is also amazing. I think I can still remember the lyrics even in Japanese.
It isn't anime music. That's like calling Aphex Twin /bleep/ or Yukari Echo kpop. They're different things.
Got a problem kiddo?
>he doesn't like anison
fag
>A track from the OST that is used in the anime
>Not anime music
?????????????????????????
>a pop song from South Korea
>not k-pop
>a song constructed of bleeps
>not /bleep/
I know it's weird.
Correct retort
yes
prbly 2bh idk where it went
Note I actually said
>Anime related track
Not whatever your dumbass interpretation of "anime music" is
Go shitpost in a bowie thread or something.
So you're talking about anison? Because "anime music" seems like a pretty broad term that doesn't necessarily confine itself to OPs and EDs. Though I will admit most OP/ED music in anime sucks. I've heard so many cheesy J-pop anime openings I could probably write one that would fit right into a show about magical girls myself.
so this is the real /cringe/ thread, damn
...
'anime music' is the less retarded english term for 'anison', since soundtracks can be classified as soundtrack and nobody would discuss little ditties from within a show as music.
Depending on the show the "little ditties from within it" would be more worth "discussing as music" than the generic phoned in themesong.
Can you find anything to back up you saying that anison consists of strictly OP/EDs?
>little ditties from within a show as music.
That's a pretty big blanket.
Yes the OST will include those (because that's its purpose) but to imply the only music is the OP/ED or rather that nothing else on the OST can be called music, is ridiculous.
Can you only read the beginning and end of posts? I specifically mentioned that soundtracks were a music genre of their own.
desu the only OPs I never skipped were the ones from gurren lagann and evangelion
I think you need to check on your reading comprehension.
I think you replied to the wrong post.
Is this the patrician thread?
No, I didn't.
Your comprehension of my last post was fucking shocking.
You seem to be saying soundtracks don't count as anison?
Are you suggesting nothing on an OST can be used or classed within anison?
Because if so you're wrong on both counts.
You've yet to give anything to say anison can only be openings or endings (which are on OSTs as well, tad contradictory) but insist this is the case.
Fuck you. This is the only acceptable song
Depends, what are you listening to?
anison is a romanization of アニソン which is an abbreviation of アニメソング which is a japanese word.
It just means anime song
Congratulations.
What was your point exactly?
m.youtube.com
I feel like Shaft used to have good OPs but by about the last year I paid any attention to airing anime (2014 or so) they seemed to have fallen off
I'LL BE THE ROOOOOUUUUNDABOUT
Well I've only ever heard it used by Japanese people in the context of OPs/EDs but what the hell do I know, it's not a word I think about very often
And タレント means a talented person and アルバイト means hard labor.

this kind of shit is GREAT
youtube.com
This too m8
no its kawaiicore
I like the anime but I would imply that actually
I actually love this
It's so cute
I haven't watched anime in over a year
this tempts me
It usually will be OPs/EDs because there's more stuff to work with, but it doesn't exclude anything not the OP or ED that's on the soundtrack/featured within the anime.
Given depending on the anime it may be a bunch of tidbits or have actual songs, like the PSG or KLK OST.
>this hasn't been posted yet

Kinmoza! your welcome/sorry. its a cute show 2bh
Why aren't you listening to PSG?

Also this. Maybe I just like it because it's a great anime, and the last one I watched (of 3 in total)
Well if you're only going to watch a handful Ashita no Joe is a pretty good choice
what others would you recommend that are more serious and story driven but still have some of the anime cliches in it? Like Ashita no Joe.
Not an anime with the sugoi kawaii schoolgirls and what not.
>ickiness
what are you, a teenage girl? shouldn't you love muh animu then? lmao
this fucking song goddamn
prob my favourite song
