Ariana Grande isn't terrible. About the same level of Taylor Swift in my opinion. Carly Rae Jepsen and The Weeknd's last album are better top 40 stuff in my opinion

Kelly Clarkson is for sure the most underrated pop star by myself included. I never seek her out but her singles are great, especially from her first album. Since U Been Gone is CLASSIC.

I love post-Gabriel Genesis. Mama is a masterpiece.

I don't really have shame or guilt at this point (especially not as an user behind a keyboard) but I really like Lana and Lorde. Still big on Linkin Park even though they've become a bit of a meme around here.

Opposite for me. As good a guitarist as he is I could take or leave his blues/Crossroads fest type of stuff but I really like his straightforward pop rock. I don't know about whole albums worth of it though.

it was fucking terrible. I realized she was controlling everything about me, and i really enjoyed current gf's company. and over the course of time, i realized what i wanted. I sat down and took a good look at my life, and realized what made me happy and what didn't. I took a leap of faith and separated our relationship. the same week, when i had lunch with current gf, i told her how i felt, and she confessed she felt the same way but had been too scared to say as much because i was in a relationship.

overall, it was a terrible experience to do that to someone, but it was probably the right way.

It was the best thing you did. You did what made you happy and the outcome was clearly great, had you stayed with your ex gf things would be worse for both of you as noone is happy in a relationship where the other doesn't want to be in it.
