Description: Tragedy and viscera, established vicariously through slow, warm, looping and warping drones, glitches, bursts of noise, stinging synths and overwhelmingly profound levels of volume. In the ever expanding thirty eight minutes that creates this single track, Jorge embodies the strong foundations of these beliefs in what is Fauxiliary.
Now available for stream and download!
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. And give Jorge some love. Thank You. :)
Will still be accepting submissions for the label.
Ambient artists of Sup Forums bandcamp threads, I need your input. Should I arrange the chart like so (roughly): >TL: noise, drone >BL: sample-based >BR: classical, piano >TR: more general ambient, warm drone
So my album is halfway between being general ambient and classical piano?

I actually enjoy everyone posted so far and reccing all of them seems like an attention-whoring thing to do.
I haven't listened to this yet, but it's good. I'd like to hear more cymbal pattern variety from the drum. Most everything is in quarter notes and throwing a few fills in here and there would add a lot.
dearlaika.bandcamp.com/ >singer-songwriter / ambient / dream pop / minimalist / experimental / lo-fi indie / math folk / glitch >comparisons have been made to Grizzly Bear, Sleep Party People, Sufjan Stevens, Baths, Justin Vernon, Animal Collective, Bon Iver, The Antlers, Thom Yorke and Kishi Bashi >like it? please rate it on rym: rateyourmusic.com/release/ep/dear_laika/dear_laika_ep/
This is my new EP. I've been working on a new song, so this might be my most recent post only pushing my EP, so I'd love some final thoughts on it.

I know that I don't have everything quite where it should be yet. I need to listen to refreshers for all of these. Listening to your stuff again, I'd feel like it'd go more top middle? I also realized I brainfarted with AP Macro on there. You're awesome, but not ambient. I'm stupid.
tau-9.bandcamp.com/track/isomer-parts-1-2 >multiple genres >hip-hop/rock/electronic >trip-hop >instrumental >ambient techno new track is heavily hip-hop inspired but with guitars and shit. most of my other stuff is IDM/ambient techno type stuff

Separate charts would probably be better. In an ideal world, each corner would have tangential genres that would form the middles. But you're right, warm drone would probably just be drone. This seems like it'd be too much of a clusterfuck no matter how hard I try.

I think having four axes like that is a recipe for contradiction. Is an album near the bottom both sample based and classical? I think pic related or something like it will be simpler.
Just released our first EP! >alt rock >somewhat lo-fi >tracks blend together if you're into that
Hey, I listened to this a few days ago after seeing a meme about it somewhere on Sup Forums. Good album. The EP was super fun, love the atmosphere of the single
I'll be making my way through the diff projects on this thread for the next 30 mins or so.

This sounds nice. A bit short though, don't be afraid to loop your shit.
>Synth >Chillwave >Lo-Fi Hip Hop >Summer >Retro Electronic I will continue to lurk in this thread to provide feedback and discover new music. Cheers! Recs:
I love your stuff, and that's saying a lot because I'm not big into Ambient Drone music (Been listening to Beleaguered by sound 4 a lot). Gonna download part 5 and more of your stuff!
Really digging the Aesthetic of the production on these tracks! Really fantastic vibes. Downloaded.
Really liked what I heard! Got a sense of From a Basement era Elliott Smith at times. Keep at it!
really beautiful stuff, makes me want to restring my acoustic.
love the fuzz. You've made the production work in your favour very well

Getting major Duster vibes here. Wish the production was a little bit better, but it still works. Always love when small bands make their albums fit together as a whole, it adds so much to a release IMO. I like the Supersilent thing you have going on too, lol. Wow, what an excellent debut! This is some really lovely ambient pop. Your bandcamp claims "subpar production" but I never would have guessed it was made with Audacity and an iPhone. I can definitely hear all of those comparisons in your music, but you still have your own voice. Gave it a good rating on RYM ;)
I've been following you for a while, great as always Sweet. There's something that psychedelic surf garage bands on bandcamp give that you can't get anywhere else. There's some unique structures on this EP that I think are really cool, too.
damn the sun definitely burnt my shirt listening to that first track
i love this a whole lot. this is actually the first band in a long time that made me sit up on my bed today lmao i need to stop listening to depressing lo-fi and ambient shit.
yamir.bandcamp.com/album/yamir >post-rock >guitar ambient >drone >noise rock at points >bits of spoken word because cant sing >available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and others
thanks a ton man! glad we snapped you out of a sad funk today haha. our album is coming out in a few days so be on the lookout for that. we're posting our tour dates on Facebook tonight too to see if you're in the areas we're playing (maybe?)
