This workout is horrible. Who could workout to this?

fuck I need workout music fast

You talking about Filth ? What is the alternative then ?

bump

...

I mean any DG album will do, but this one works the best for me.

Any Death Grips album.
They just work, except Jenny Death

I mean personally I can't imagine listening to this, so I was legit asking if this is what people listen to.

Honey Bucket is on my gym playlist

Six Shooter is, too

I like hip hop mostly though. Can't wrap my mind around listening to Swans

slowcore is actually pretty good for exercising

You may think it was a joke, but someone already posted Art Angels before me in similar thread.
I knew it was a meme, but I tried to workout with it anyway. It was the weirdest thing I've ever done, but my efficiency really increased.

If you ignore Poledo, that is.

DRI - Dirty Rotten LP

Wonderful for dead lifts.

Gotta get some breakcore into the mix

my whole running playlist is death grips, I don't listen to them at any other time senpai

Ex Military is actually the best workout album

...

Last rec from me. Perfectly masochistic.

FUCK THE SLO MO

...

I've gotten some good running with pic related before

kerosene will add 10kg to any lift, guaranteed.

Nah, NLDW is their best album for lifting, Money Store is probably their best for cardio.

Didn't know anyone else did

Who tf works out to Nails

(if you're gay and wanna sashay the pounds away)

>Money Store is probably their best for cardio.
from experience Bottomless Pit is the best, pretty consistent bpm

Tachyon and Known for It are LITERALLY the perfect running songs

listen to this while working out to turn into a professional street nigga

...

even more so Lord of the Game
>Don't make me remind you of the last time and everytime you said you'd never go back

Am I the only one who prefers to listen to something easy on the ears while working out? When I'm exhausted everything heavy just sounds too... heavy. Especially while running I need to have something calm and pretty slow. Normally I enjoy heavy and fast music though.

how much do you squat? this objectively defines how much you'll enjoy it.

Black Flag - Damaged

Justice - Cross

...

Well then, drop your best music, user.

Honestly? In what way? I don't listen to music when I exercise so I wouldn't know, but I do love RHP.

Albums I prefer to work out to the most:

Megadeth-Rust in Peace
Edguy- Theatre of Salvation
GWAR- America must be Destroyed
Alice in Chains- Dirt
Soundgarden- BMF
ASAP FERG- Traplord
Massive Attack- Blue Lines (for Cardio)

Not that user but me and a friend lifted to that Capital Cities album and it was pretty fun.

I haven't gotten around to Bottomless Pit yet, but I can see it. I know what I'm listening to tonight.

I agree, but I think it works better on the whole as a lifting album than cardio. Some songs don't jive with me that well for cardio

Good looking chart desu

V 0.95 is done !

V 1.5 IS HERE !

cant believe no one brought this album up

Is a great album m80. Awesome riffs and drums and yells along with it make me wanna go all primal and beat people with oversized rocks

I think you misspelled Lifting
I agree with this

say what you want buy centipede hz never loses momentum and is super fast paced the entire time

ITT: Albums where B Side > A Side.

I'll start.

Get your own thread faggot

Seconded

Very fucking yes to this.

I'm gay AF but I'd like to think any breeder would still be headbanging to sleigh bells

How has no one mentioned this yet? Aggressive as hell and the Blood on the Leaves drop is incredible.

why is red house painters on this chart?

I have the same thought, slowcore doesn't help shit when working out.
