We're a new band from near pittsburgh, we just came out with our first EP earlier this summer so we're pretty excited about that. Not super great music but i think it's pretty good for a first recording.

I actually enjoyed this. Fun af, I'll be checking you out more, m8.

Downloaded you the other day, I'm a sucker for bedroom folk. Keep it up man.
good harmonies
very emotional i like
this is comfy

what a madman
nice nice
This is pretty nice but some of the mixing on a few tracks could be better. For example on Day, I think the horn coming in partway through is a little jarring. I also think some of the cymbal hits on Recitation sound kinda funny. I'm not sure why because they sound fine on Lansing.
Glowing Birds is the best track in my opinion, I like the stop/start thing that happens throughout the track and how it's got just enough fuzz to be lofi but not enough to sacrifice it's dreaminess. I also dug Lansing.
Do you think you'll do an LP at any point? I'd be interested to hear it.
This is intriguing. I get what you're saying in the description about making the listener guess what's coming next. It feels kind of tense in a way, like there's something looming... Anyway, as an ambient artist, I can fully appreciate the soundscape you've got here on the first track. It metamorphoses really well, having these kind of glistering synths peaking out from underneath the rubble of the clipping sounds.
I especially liked your last track a lot. It reminds me strongly of something I would write for my project. We should do a split sometime.
I'm sorry to say that I can't get into this. Not for me. Be you though. Don't let an forum poster deter you.
This is actually great! Your vocals are absolutely stellar. Where have you been? Really excellent opener that totally nails the era of sound you were going for, without feeling like dadrock or something. I would see you live if you were near me. Definitely downloading.
This is decent. Were you meaning to reference Freddie Gibbs & Madlib's High with some of those lyrics (I get I get I get high)? Anyway, it's not bad, just not really my taste so much when it comes to hiphop. I like the lighthearted, off-kilterness of it though. It's a good level of goofy.
Thank you so much and yes that was a reference!
Goofy was the type of thing I was going for, I will have to look for a good studio engineer.
Thank you!
im very open to that i just threw ya a like on facebook. i was hoping to have something else out before summer's up so if you have anything lying around...
You're welcome, senpai. I'll be sure to check out whatever you come out with next.
>Oh! my luck!
Had a 25' EP almost finished, but my HDD died along with the material. Nonetheless, these lo-fi recordings of some tracks were on my laptop.

Have sent demos to quite a few small labels and heard nothing back, so I will soon say fuck it and begin recording a full length for real. Hopefully better sound quality because better mics. Won't be as much synth as the demos, the synths are done because of straight laziness
I've sort of got my hands full with my new album but I'll see what I can pull together. I wouldn't want to give you anything second-rate.
My facebook page has about 20 followers hah, so I guess be sure you found the right one.
I didn't realize that f(a)m autocorrected to "senpai" on here. That's strange.

Description:
Tragedy and viscera, established vicariously through slow, warm, looping and warping drones, glitches, bursts of noise, stinging synths and overwhelmingly profound levels of volume. In the ever expanding thirty eight minutes that creates this single track, Jorge embodies the strong foundations of these beliefs in what is Fauxiliary.

Nice and calm, almost Surf Rock-esque. Not bad.

nice
Good job here. Like a shortened, simplified and lo-fi GY!BE. The spoken word is nice too.
Now this is some good Synthpop. Almost in the realm of Dream Pop here.
I love this. Raw and sad, and doesn't sound like borderline Blackgaze.
Beautiful. Like I'm in the middle of a forest.
Not bad. A little sparse and quiet, but still pretty good.
Oh that's nice. Real warm tones and voices, very dreamy and enveloping.
Spooky. This is some Silent Hill shit.
This is great. Very soothing, very chill grooves and a nice, soft voice to accompany the music.
This sounds fun as fuck. I enjoyed it a lot. I'd bring this to the beach
>wrong thread
This is very nice though. Like running through a field of flowers during sunset and shit.
Very well written. I love the production on this, too.

Thanks a whole bunch! I'm scared I've misled people tho because the other songs that will end up making up the full length are generally more indie rock style, those are sort of the only songs that sound like that
