>and then eureka moment hits you like a cop car

>Give Me The Gun
>I Love You
>A Job Half done Isn't Done
oh wait were not talking about the same song

>indie pop

No thanks

great album

>AND YOU WAKE UP JUST HEAD AND SHOULDERS IN A GLASS JAAAAAAAAARRRR

you're only doing yourself a disservice famalam

Decide to give this album a try and get to Regrets

>Did you think that Everything Everything
>would change?

and people consider this album good

literally the best moment of the album

>THERE'S AN OLD MAN LAYING DOWN IN THE FLAMES TONIGHT

>beep beep BEEP

>You can tell the past, boy, I can tell the future
>Give me a lobotomy and I can be your tutor
>Open up the blast doors, then we can be neutered
>I can smell your fingerprints all over my computer

Love this song.

>I've won, I've won they told me that I've won

What's everyone's favorite song?

No Reptiles is mine, and no joke one of my favorites of all time.
It just gives me the feels.

spring/sun/winter/dread and get to heaven

anyone wanna defend their prev 2 albums?

i loved this thing then tried to go back and like to me they're a mess of mixing problems and boredom

anyway, To the Blade and Zero Pharoah

This no reptile is the diggity dank

Hope there next release is this good.

I discovered them back when MY KZ YR GF was on MTV2

first album has several downright bangers (photoshop handsome, schoolin' [when it's not on the godawful midi whistling part], my kz ur bf, and nasa is on your side) album 2 is pretty soft though, only has kemosabe and cough cough

hell yeah I love imagine dragons

please fuck off

>I'm going to kill a stranger
>so don't you be a stranger
>ominous piano

Literally discovered this yesterday through Spotify, what a trip. Glad to see my tastes partly validated by Sup Forums.

>Oh baby it's aaaallright, it's aaaallright
>to feee-eel like fat kid in a pushchair
>old enough to run

>AHHHHH
>BABY KISS ME WITH YOUR HAPSBURG LIP

>old enough to fire a gun

Distant Past really hooked me with the imagery in the first lyrics, but Blast Doors has some real good shit

>Down in my beast heart
>I build an empire

No reptiles might have the best lyrics though, and Get to Heaven has the best whistling.

exactly the same. honestly this album is super hit or miss for me, but i adore those two songs.

>too many memorable lines
Love this album.

If anyone's interested, I have a collection of their B-Sides and Covers here

Warm Healer

Those last 2 minutes.

Now we compare it to _Arc_

Memorable lines
>Slipping in and out of what you call life
Favorite Track
>Cough Cough

It was the first song I ever heard from them and what compelled me to listen to the rest of the album and anxiously wait for Get to Heaven. It's such an energetic song that's built to be inviting but is still able to set the stage for where the rest of the album is going.

Anyone else really enjoy Hapsburg Lippp?

I did, I use to listen to it for when I went running and it really gets your blood pumping but it's not my favorite.

Probably
>Only as Good as My God
>Fortune 500
>Get to Heaven

Cool have you heard man alive

I tried it and didn't really like the first couple songs so I gave up because I'd already heard it wasn't as good as the others, was I wrong to do this?

Nah not really I didn't like personally

*I didn't like arc is what I meant

i dont like it when indie pop is boring :)

Listen to Blast Doors or Hapsburg Lippp

This was my favorite album of last year. I loved the first half of the album so much, it took me a long time to dig into the second half, which I actually prefer. "Fortune 500" still floats around in my head every now & then. The crescendos on "Zero Pharaoh" & "No Reptiles" get me every time. The end of "Warm Healer" (key change then bass outro) is a great parting note. I'm hyped for whatever comes next.

Zero Pharaoh is 10/10

Haven't listened to this yet, should I listen to the original or the deluxe?

Is this the new Imagine Dragons album?

well if it's any indication Jonathon posted this on twitter a little while back: "Mfw I decide to write more positive, less political lyrics, then the UK explodes in negative politics a week later."

This version of to the blade is so much better
