Alberto Balsam is probably my fav Aphex Twin song period. That or Analogue bubblebath
Syro had some pretty good tracks

the fact that this song doesn't have an official release yet is a crime against humanity

also Alberto Balsalm and Rhubarb but they're too obvious.
most of it is comfy as heck imo
this kid is hip
This is a good list.
They are generally "happy", peaceful songs, but it should also be noted that AFX does "creepy" quiet stuff as well. In particular, check "Track #11", an untitled CD-only track from Analogue Bubblebath III.

Also, "Tree" has been one of my favorite tracks on SAW II (that is, one of my favorite tracks on one of my favorite albums) for maybe 5+ years now. The "comfy/love" themes on SAW II are nice of course, but this is more of the ominous stuff that I'm talking about.

Taking a hard-left back into AFX's HARD stuff, one of the HARDEST tracks he ever did, "The Garden Of Linmiri", is the standout on the Compilation CD, which collects like 2-3 of the "Caustic Window" Vinyl EPs. Notice especially the "soft" backing track throughout the harsh track: it basically sounds like the above "Track #11", which is something I don't think very many people know about it. I should compare them side by side sometime, because you can clearly hear the similarities, but I think from one to the other is edited/chopped up a bit.

And of course, Drukqs contains quiet "creepy" tracks like Gwely Mernans, Gwarek2 (which never really full-on screams, just toys with us) and I would even through Nannou2 into this category. These tracks comprise a sort of "third type" of track throughout Drukqs, which of course vacillates between glitchy AFX acid-bangers, and the piano stuff.
MIne too
