People will accept pretty much any other kind of explicit hatred in BM lyrics, but racist lyrics turn a lot of people off. Hell, unless you've already made a big name for yourself in spite of NSBM leanings (e.g. Branikald) you're not going to end up on a regular black metal label. You have to stay within NS distributions where you're tolerated.
It doesn't matter, men playing loud music and looking threatening is going to trigger the shaking squad regardless of content.
