After about 4 years on this board, I feel I have officially outclassed practically everyone on here. At first it was interesting; learning all kinds of new music from here. Reading the discussions. Laughing at the shit posts. Slowly but surely, I've grown from the plebeian I used to be. I learned new music. I discovered new styles. My taste expanded. My preferences matured. First it began with the essentials charts. Then the more praised about albums in each sub thread/genre. Then it increased to more ethnic and ostentatious sounds. I listened to every album on RYM's top 4000 plus thousands more. I crept through all the experimental/obscure threads here. Everything I saw, I heard and I outgrew out of. There hasn't been a newly shared album in any share threads that I haven't listened through already. My music library is over 48TB. I've downloaded everything from the mutorrent site. I now know that true patrician-ism is realizing that all kinds of music have merits.
What more is there to do guys? This thread has no more purpose for me. I'll only stay if one of you can post an album that I haven't heard of already.
Why didn't you just type ''spoonfeed me, I'm a useless cunt'', would have been a lot quicker and easier.

I'm the oppsite. I came to Sup Forums recently only to find all the albums I've found through 15 years of musical solitude to be praised and posted in every thread day after day.
I hate Sup Forums with a vengeance and every time I come here I get angry. The dissonance between the cultural level and the emotional mentality in this place is obvious evidence that this place is infested with fake people that "know" what to like.
I come here for recommendations, cause you learn to identify the few individuals in here that are "real" and you can exchange recommendations and tips in fast and efficient two way communication.
I don't give a shit about your question, op.

48tb=48000gb 4 years=about 1460 days 48000/1460=32.876gb/day=32876mb/day Assuming the average flac album is 350mb 32876/350=93 albums per day This proves OP is either has some mental disorder where he hoareds tonnes of music he doesn't listen to, or a liar, because its completely impossible to listen to 93 albums a day.

A lot of the music I listen to nowadays couldn't be categorized as albums so I feel unfair to post 10. I listen to several releases from an artists' discography simultaneously. This way not wasting precious time. I've trained my ears to pick out the sounds and objectively distinguish them to their particular release. I thought you meant the book. I also browse /lit/

Sounds like you're ready for some real FuCkEd UP music, dude! There's a real fUckEd up band that makes true music (unlike all the shit streaming out today), and I think you're now mature enough to listen to them. Their name is DEATH GRIPS, check them out dude! Thank me later. (ACHTUNG (that's dutch for WARNING): their music may sound abrasive at first but in time you'll start to appretiate it!!))

>My music library is over 48TB Okay, let's be generous and assume your library is all FLAC, that's about 55% of the size of PCM @ 44.1 kHz, 16bit which gives your entire library as having about 119,000 CD lengths or 18.1 years of audio. Now seeing as you've spent 4 years on this board, assuming you're a NEET waste of space then you can spend about 10 hours a day which you can listen to your music. Assuming you never listen to an album twice, and you listen to 10 hours every day then you've only listened to about 1.7 years of your music collection, or 9.2%. So I simply suggest you listen to the other 90.8% of your collection.
Jeremiah Sanders
do you just treat random squares as album covers and say a number, or do you listen to music?
