Well, they all at least bother to use standard film camera angles instead of decades-outdated comic strip/stage play ones, and at least do some cheap post-production in adobe after effects to make things look prettier.

It's about the character staging. You'll never find this garbage camera angle in modern television or film, and virtually never in anime, but it's in every cartoon show. The cartoon industry cares too little for its craft for that, even for its good shows
