No. Fins have a well organised army. I have a couple of Finnish friends who even went back to Finland for some months just to do the mandatory army service, this is how seriously they take this shit. Also btfod Russians hard pre-ww2

On a more serious note, both Sweden and Finland have strongly defensive doctrines. We'd both be sitting at opposite sides of the tornio river looking at each other, waiting for the other to make a move basically. Finland got more artillery though so they might actually gain some ground, at least initially. But ultimately it'd be a stalemate.
