Tristan.
Resurrect Carlos Kleiber and pair him with Cleveland Orchestra circa 1980. Keep the singers from his DG recording, except Dieskau, replacing him with Quasthoff.
I'm looking for good impressionistic orchestra music. Ravel or Debussy prefered. Opera suites would be great. I already listened to La Mer and Prelude a l'apres-midi d'un faune and enjoyed them, but I somehow have a hard time finding other enjoyable stuff.

Friendly reminder that New Complexity is dope as hell.
as long as you're resurrecting people give him Lorenz, Leider, Klose, Prohaska, and List. and make it a live performance at that (his '73 Tristan is still unmatched in terms of raw drive)

Question for homos and bis: do you think you're overrepresented in classical music? If you know classical musicians, do you think there are (proportionally) more of you among them than in general society?
Mason Hughes
>do you think you're overrepresented in classical music? "no"
