What's the point of international travel when every place in the world is basically the same plus or minus homeless beggars, violent crime, and street pooping?

Fucking girls

"culture"

please tell me that girl is her biological daughter.

After traveling around I can honestly say I can get the full global experience without leaving Vancouver.

We have an island filled with asians, a district filled with indians, a bunch of europeans, a few arabs, and... well I forgot about south america and africa but who cares about them.

there is no point, because in addition to globalism you can just watch things on TV or the internet and you get the idea, you don't have to see it irl.

thats impossible

are you blind? half niggers aren't even close to being that brown

it can happen!!!! I think

Well every woman you ever meet either does travel around or says she wants to travel the world, but it boggles my male mind because I imagine going to some amazing place across the world and just being there and walking around and eating in restaurants. A woman would probably be less interested in sailing and hiking and exploring the wilderness and would just want to eat food and get drunk with different scenery. It's literally the most boring "interest" you could come up with.

some people only learn by getting their foot in deep shit. let them be

That's why I rarely venture out of my neighbourhood. The people in poorer neighbourhoods are so common and uncouth.

travelling is nice when your cunt is basically a shit (except for some rare places nobody knows about).

>portugal thinks that a """white""" person can fuck a black person and have a fully black kid

The only things to see are European city centres and scenery around the world

That's pretty much it concerning travel

i bet 10-20 years there were a lot more normies crazy about traveling. internet, google street view, Sup Forums. Sup Forums, all of these things destroyed the DREAM. we became way to cynical nothing can surprise us, we know everything is the same everywhere there is no mystery anymore. it is like jerking to hard core porn with traps instead of taking a glimpse of a boob in an old fashioned b&w magazine.

Traveling is only interesting if your only experience with foreign countries and culture is from 3-day business trips and 5-day honeymoons.

Once you've spent enough time somewhere, you figure out everyone, everywhere is pretty much the fucking same at the base, and the cultural differences don't amount to anything much greater than personality quirks.

Once you've seen enough landscapes--or, really, thoroughly toured the U.S. and it's territories or Asia--you've pretty much seen what's there other than a handful of landmarks and/or geological features.

Well, that's one point of view, anyway.

Another, more reasonable point of view is that you need to get over these childish fantasies and adventure and mystery that were programmed into you by shitty Saturday morning cartoons, ridiculous fantasy novels, and vapid adventure games.

If you accept that the world is never going to match your daydreams, you can get out there and enjoy what's to offer. But as long as you're being a cynical, sententious little know-it-all, you'll certainly never be able to take in the beauty and wonder that exists in our world.

>the same at the base

Even in asia/india?
They seem pretty different.

>get over these childish fantasies
to me it is quite the opposite, i'd want my childish fantasies back as i've traveled a lot both with my parents and on my own, and all i remember is fatigue, flight delays, noisy hotels, etc and 10 million pictures and videos that nobody ever watches.

>What's the point of international travel when every place in the world is basically the same plus
Typical murrikan not understanding the concept of culture

>tree
>culture

Because if you were to travel to a couple different countries you'd learn that what you're saying isn't the case.

> he hasn't been to Cambodia's underground Opium dens

Pic of countryside surrounding my favourite den

A lot of this is true. I spent a year in Spain and it lost most of it's mystique after the first few weeks.

My week long trip to Alaska was a lot more profound in a lot of ways

>travelling to meet people

You haven't lived till you've smoked Opium with the burnout sons of the the Cambodian elite

Finns are so autistic

Okay

How much would this girl be rated in Europe?

SE Asia is on my list of destinations. Spain is about as exotic as it gets for me. Most of my travel is for /out/ purposes so I really don't need to go that far.

Actually heading back up to Manitoba in 2 weeks to get some fishing done before your cunt freezes over for the next 8 months :^)

come on murica... there are retarded people everywhere... you should know.

my exact point.
